How do I reserve a bay?

All the reservations are done online. On the booking portal, select your preferred bay and time slot. Follow the steps to make a payment and complete your booking. You will receive a booking confirmation email, as well as a service confirmation email. The service confirmation email will have details to access our facilities. Same day booking is available. You can make reservations up to 5 days in advance.

How do I get access?

Once your booking is complete, a smart door access link will be emailed to you. Find the email with the subject line "Service confirmation email" in your Inbox (please check your spam folder). Once at the door ”Click to Unlock” button in the email to access the facility. Your access email will be valid to re-enter the facility 10 mins before, during, and 10 mins after your reservation. Please check our Help Center for more details.

When will my golf simulator be on?

Swing Monitor will be turned on when your booking time starts and will be turned off after your session is finished. The golf shots can’t be registered after your booking time is up.

How can I add extra time to my booking?

You can extend or book extra time by making a new booking online via your smartphone on our booking portal - https://clients.uschedule.com/nextgolf/booking

Please book at least 10 minutes before your current session ends, otherwise you will need to call for us for help.

How long does it take to finish 1 round of golf on the simulator?

Typically, one round of virtual golf can be completed within an hour by 1 player.

Do you have staff on site?

As a fully automated and self-serviced space, we do not have staff on site.

Do you have food and drinks on site?

All our locations are equipped with vending machines for quick snacks and hydration. Feel free to bring your own food or nonalcoholic drinks. Alcohol is not permitted on site

How do I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance for credit or full refund. The system will automatically refund you if changes are made 24 hours in advance.

The process is the same to reschedule. Just cancel your booking 24 hours in advance, and select the new date and time desired.

We are not able to refund or re-schedule any bookings with less than 24 hours notice.

How do I track my performance with Uneekor?

By setting up and logging into your E6 Connect account, you can access your shot data and track your performance at anytime, from anywhere .

How do I track my performance with TrackMan?

Use the TrackMan Golf app to quickly sign in and start saving all your golf data.

Do I need my own clubs?

Yes. Please bring your own clubs.

We do offer club rentals based on availability for all locations. If you need to rent clubs please

see our club rental FAQ for more details.

Do you offer club rental service?

Yes, all our Next Golf locations offer club rental services. Please book your club rental online under “Shop” tab at Nextgolf.ca. You will receive a confirmation email once order is complete. Once you're at the location, give us a call and please be ready to provide your order details. We will guide you on how/where to get the clubs from our locker. When your session is done, ensure to return the golf clubs to the same locker after your session.
