Open to all skill levels and ages. Ladies will play from the forward tees. A valid and established TrackMan handicap is required to participate. Derogatory or offensive account names will not be tolerated.
Entry is confirmed once payment has been received before Round 1. All fees are non-refundable after the season begins.
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, a 2% processing fee and an additional 20% will be deducted from the refunded amount, as the latter is part of the prize pool.
Roster changes; no substitute golfers may play on behalf of another participant - doing so results in immediate disqualification (DQ).
The facility is under 24/7 video surveillance for security and fair-play verification.
Players must adhere to all rules and regulations of Next Golf facilities.
Respectful language and reasonable sound levels are expected at all times, as other guests may be playing simultaneously.
Fair play and sportsmanship are required. Cheating will result in league disqualification without refund.
Any damage caused to equipment or property is the financial responsibility of the participant.
Derogatory or offensive behaviour, account names, or language will not be tolerated. Next Golf reserves the right to remove offenders and void scores if necessary.
Next Golf is not responsible for the behaviour or actions of other players, vendors, third parties, or any individuals who may be present in or around the facility. Distractions caused by others cannot be used as an excuse for poor performance or missed play.
Rounds must be played and scores recorded through the TrackMan system at a registered Next Golf location. Use of personal or external systems or software is strictly prohibited.
No mulligans are permitted.
Attempts to manipulate TrackMan settings, environmental conditions, or handicaps will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification.
Players may not alter simulator settings once play has begun.
Authorized continuations may be completed at a later time, provided the continuation occurs without intervening changes to the original play conditions.
Players must contact Next Golf to confirm all applicable guidelines are met prior to proceeding, or the continuation may be subject to disqualification or not counted.
Once a round has been joined, under no circumstances may a player exit and attempt to rejoin. Doing so will be recorded as a withdrawal (WD) from that round.
It is the responsibility of each player to understand how to join the league rounds and to proceed only when fully ready to play.
It is the participant's responsibility to inspect the bay before playing. If anything appears damaged or degraded β for example, a tear in the impact screen, worn strike mat, or other issues β the player must notify Next Golf before starting the round.
Any technical issues that occur during play should be recorded if possible, noting the exact time and date, so our team can verify the incident.
Players are required to contact support immediately if a technical issue occurs.
Reports submitted after the round to claim a technical fault will be deemed invalid and will not be reviewed.
Next Golf reserves the right to disqualify participants and edit scorecards if deemed necessary.
Players are responsible for booking their own bay time to complete each round. A minimum of 1.5 to 2 hours should be booked to ensure completion of an 18-hole match. If additional time is required, it is the player's responsibility to secure that timeslot before it is booked by someone else.
Scores are recorded automatically by the TrackMan system upon round completion; players do not manually submit scores.
If a player is unable to complete a round due to medical or unforeseen circumstances (such as emergencies or personal issues), the round will be recorded as a withdrawal (WD) and receive zero points for that event.
Each player has two (2) weeks to complete their scheduled round (dates announced during rounds). If a player fails to play within that period, the round is forfeited and cannot be made up or replayed.
Once a player has exited their round, that act constitutes the deadline for that event β the round is considered complete and closed.
Leaving mid-round for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances, is a confirmed withdrawal, and there is no guarantee of re-entry or rescheduling.
No retroactive adjustments or score changes will be made after deadlines.
All scores are subject to review by Next Golf. Attempts to alter, falsify, or manipulate data will result in disqualification and possible league removal. Next Golf reserves the right to modify scores or standings if an error or violation is confirmed.
When two or more players are tied, the leaderboard will automatically apply the following order to determine player position:
If still tied, the prize is shared.
Prize tables will be published separately. Winners must verify identity and accept prizes within 10 days of notification; otherwise the prize is forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible finisher or converted to an alternate prize at Next Golf's discretion.
All prizes are subject to review and eligibility verification.
All participants must uphold sportsmanship and respect toward staff and other players. Intoxication, verbal abuse, or property damage may result in immediate removal without refund. Report all technical or behavioural issues to staff immediately.
By participating, you grant Next Golf permission to use your name, likeness, and scores for promotion or results publication without additional compensation, subject to our Privacy Policy. The facility's 24/7 video surveillance is for security and league-integrity purposes.
The Competition Committee's decisions are final and binding. Next Golf may update rules at any time; changes take effect upon posting to official channels.
In all circumstances, Next Golf reserves the final and absolute right to interpret, enforce, and make determinations on any rule, dispute, or issue arising during the league season.
Decisions made by Next Golf or its Competition Committee are final and binding on all participants.
Participants who are disqualified (DQ) for any reason β including but not limited to rule violations, unsportsmanlike conduct, or manipulation of data or equipment β forfeit all rights to claim prizes, awards, or portions of the prize pool, and shall have no recourse or claim against Next Golf, its affiliates, or representatives.
By participating, each player expressly waives any right to legal action, arbitration, or compensation related to disqualification decisions, dispute outcomes, or prize forfeiture.
