- Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS): All purchases made online for in-store pickup are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for demo clubs bought through this method.
- Demo Clubs: All sales are considered final upon purchase. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for demo clubs.
- Quality Assurance: We strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of our product descriptions. If you encounter any issues or discrepancies with your purchased demo club upon pickup, please notify us immediately for assistance.
- Cancellations: Once an order for a demo club is placed and confirmed, cancellations or modifications cannot be accommodated.
- Exceptions: In the rare event of a manufacturer's defect covered by warranty, reach out directly to Next Golf at info@nextgolf.ca using the subject line “Demo Club Warranty”. The manufacturer's warranty covers defects for 6 months from the date of purchase.
